Allison Kirley

Allison is a bodyworker, life + wellness coach, certified yoga instructor, certified breathwork teacher, self-care advocate, and spiritual junkie. Her experiences with not truly knowing her true self, and feeling unfulfilled with her work and life led her to start her own business guiding people to tools that help them feel better in their bodies, reframe their mindset and reconnect with their authentic selves. Allison’s intention is to spread joy, be a catalyst for change and help others with what she has learned from her own life experiences so they can create their most joyful, aligned and magical lives.
