Altrusa International of Lake County, Inc., was chartered on April 16, 1983. Ourclub themeis “Leaders in Service,” and ourgoalsare to improve the quality of life in our community through our projects, show positive membership growth, and increase public awareness of Altrusa and our efforts in the community.Membership is an honor and is extended by invitation to individuals singled out as leaders in business, industry, or a profession in the community who are of good character. Altrusa is leading the way to better communities.
