My mission is to connect academic insight with practical tools for personal growth, empowering individuals to foster healthier relationships with themselves and others. As a high school and sixth form teacher by day and a dedicated circle host by night, I am passionate about teaching the life lessons often overlooked in traditional education.I host weekly women’s circles designed to empower women to reconnect with themselves and their communities. Through guided meditations, journaling, meaningful discussions, and more, I create a safe and nurturing space for women to share and grow.This mission inspired me to create SHARE—a platform offering online women’s circles, in-person workshops, and transformative events. SHARE is dedicated to helping individuals carve out time for self-reflection and connection, fostering deeper understanding and inner peace.For those ready to take their transformation further, I offer one-on-one sessions featuring Reiki Seichem, guided meditations, and coaching to support personalised journeys of growth and healing.I bring a rich blend of expertise to my work, including qualifications as a PGDE business teacher, Reiki Seichem Practitioner, and Meditation Teacher, along with my ongoing studies for an MSc in the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing.Let’s bridge the gap together—discover the tools to thrive and cultivate the life you deserve.
