Hey there I’m Amy! local yoga teacher, mum of 3 and sound practitioner . Having encorporated sound into my yoga classes for some time I decided to learn more and embark on my training. I found many people would comment on how relaxed they felt after I’d played the instruments which prompted me to delve deeper. I completed my training and haven’t looked back! I really am committed to providing people with a space to rest and take a break from the stresses of modern life. I have teamed up with the amazing established sound therapist Lawren Lockwood to bring this wonderful immersive experience to the local community.
