My name is Amy, and I am a Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner and Plant Medicine Facilitator. I am honored and grateful to hold space for transformational experiences using somatic, intuitive and energy healing techniques. I offer a safe container to support and meet clients where they are at when they are ready. It is through humility that we are all reminded of the body’s wisdom and the remarkable power it has to heal itself physically, emotionally and spiritually. All healing is self healing, which encapsulates the beauty of this humility.I was inspired to offer Reiki and to teach it based on the personal transformation that I saw as a result of my personal practice. In addition to Reiki, I’ve explored various energy medicine modalities that can be synergistically combined (or used separate) to align the body physically, spiritually and emotionally. I have also experienced profound healing and transformation through personal work with somatic based tools & integration. This led me to further training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy through the Embody Lab Certification Program.My intention is to offer classes and events in the areas of Reiki, Energy Medicine & Somatic Exploration. Begin the Process of Becoming. Unwrap the richness of life experiences that have been waiting to bring you closer to self. Patiently, lovingly. I will meet and sit with you wherever you are at.
