With a wealth of experience in education and a deep passion for supporting families, I run engaging and welcoming groups for parents and babies, including Baby Rhyme and Social Time. Over my career, I’ve taught in over 400 schools across the UK, blending creativity and mindfulness to nurture mental health and wellbeing for all ages. As a published children’s author, performer, and now a proud new mum, I’m dedicated to building a supportive local community where parents can connect, share experiences, and foster their babies’ development in a warm and creative environment.
