Ana Maria Barella, MDM, PCC, CPCC, is the founder of Masterwork Coaching and Consulting. She is committed to helping leaders, teams, and organizations gain mastery of themselves, the moment, and their mission so that they can thrive in the midst of change, achieve goals, and emerge stronger with greater self-awareness, clearly defined expectations, a plan of action, measures of success, and impacted.As an executive life coach, speaker, and learning and development (L&D) leader with over 20 years of experience in professional services, Ana Maria has designed and facilitated leadership programs, business development programs, onboarding curricula, and much more to enrich thousands of leaders. She has coached executive, entrepreneurs, and artists from many prominent organizations including Google, Meta, Chanel, IBM, American Express, Accenture, Twilio, Salesforce, NASA, Warner Brothers, the US Space Force, and the US Air Force. She has coached over 70 TED and TEDx speakers.Ana Maria completed her Masters in Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Institute of Design (IIT-ID) in Chicago, IL. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Co-Active Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI-CPCC). She is qualified with the Hogan, Meyers Briggs, Insights Discovery, TTI SI Success Insights DISC, Emotional Intelligence, and Motivators psychometric tools and assessments.Through her love of exploration, she has traveled to over 20 countries and enjoys painting, poetry, and movement.
