Ananeika Gordon is the passionate Founder of Family Rebuild of New Jersey, a nonprofit dedicated to helping displaced families regain stability. As a single mother for 24 years, she understands the challenges of balancing responsibilities and is committed to empowering women—especially single parents and entrepreneurs—to achieve financial freedom and personal growth.Since launching her first business in 2013, Ananeika has inspired others through advocacy, leadership coaching, and community organizing. She holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology (ABA) from Capella University and a Bachelor’s in Human Services from Indian River State College. A certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, she blends storytelling with practical tools to help individuals unlock their potential and create lasting change.Her signature talk, “Becoming a Woman of Influence”, equips women with actionable steps to identify their gifts and impact their communities. Known for her authenticity and dynamic presence, Ananeika continues to inspire others to embrace their purpose, advocate for themselves, and build lives without limits.
