We are Aoife & Kale Sael, co-facilitators, partners, and founders of Ancient Soul Healing. Combined we have a rich amount of training and experience in sound therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sacred voice, movement medicine and more. We hold space for those wishing to grow in self-acceptance, love, and consciousness. We encourage the practice of inner listening and we are passionate about sharing the benefits of these ancient practices. We are continuously learning and growing. These practices are part of our life, and so we offer these to you also. We believe they can help plant seeds for growth in consciousness, invite deep surrender and promote inner listening and healing. We welcome you to join us, to grow, express, love and simply BE.
