My mission is to create sacred spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.The Aligned Woman is a monthly women’s circle designed to bring back the ancient tradition of gathering in sisterhood. Each event is rooted in seasonal energy, astrology, and ancestral wisdom, blending plant medicine, embodiment practices, and spiritual rituals to support deep healing and alignment.Through these gatherings, we explore mind-body-soul connection, intuitive wisdom, and the power of nature-based healing. Every month, I co-create with a guest guide to offer a unique experience that nourishes the feminine spirit. Whether through cacao ceremonies, herbal medicine, movement, or breathwork, these circles are an invitation to slow down, align, and remember who you are.
