My path in this life is to support you on your healing journey! I am certified in various healing modalities such as: Certified Crystal & Chakra Healer Certified Sound Healer - Using Crystals Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Tuning Forks and other instruments. Certified Meditation Coach - Teaching the practice of Meditation, Affirmations, Intentions and Law of Attraction. My own healing journey led me to discoveries not meant to be kept to myself. It seems as though the whole world needs healing now more than ever, and I am grateful to have learned some techniques to contribute to that in some way. I see my role as a Practitioner as someone who teaches healing, using various tools to help you rediscover your own body's incredible ability to heal itself with vibration and universal life energy. I customize healing sessions for individuals or groups, in person or remotely. I have obtained certifications in Sound Healing, Tuning Forks, and Crystal Singing Bowls, as well as in Crystal & Chakra Healing. I specialize in combining crystals and sound baths, which may include any or all of the following: crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, and gongs. Sound Bath (Group or One-on-One) I offer full body meditation experiences that use sound to create restorative relaxation to nurture your mind and body. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds introduced in succession, bathing the body with sound vibration. You will hear Chimes, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, and other instruments.
