Brain and Soul Wellness, LLC is a mental health counseling practice with a focus on healing emotional trauma from abuse, neglect, generational pain, and grief and bereavement. These services are provided via talk therapy in a telehealth platform. Our services are provided with care in relation to cultural background, non-judgmental and non-biased environment. We treat individuals, couples and family systems. We also work in the community to fiercely decrease the stigma of mental health needs. Our events are curated for the purpose of gaining an understanding of overall wellness.
