Arlene Dunkley-Wood has been in the Wellness Industry for many years."I trained with the College of Holistic Medicine in the 80s and have never looked back since". As a life long learner, I have trained in different discipliines and Therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy and am a local Scaravelli yoga teacher. My passion was working with new mothers and babies for over 30 years and although I am still passionate about the importance of a soulful and gentle birth process for mother and baby and families: I have found myself working more and more with adults over 30s, to bring balance to their body with yoga, pilates, craniosacral therapy, yoga for healthy backs . This has brought me organically to working with Sound vibrations. I am a registered member of College of Healing Sound and enjoy this new phase of my life."
