Arts and Minds

Arts and Minds is a small charity using the arts to support the positive mental health of individuals and communities, throughout Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We have a clear vision which aspires to a creative society where people have the confidence and self-esteem to lead fulfilling lives. We run a portfolio of creative programmes, including: Arts on Prescription; twice monthly Creative Café (at Cambridge Junction); community choir; and a pottery group for younger people living with dementia. We also run Creative Break, supporting workplace wellbeing.
