Ashleeb loves health & fitness! Currently an international virtual instructor for the HOTWORX brands Ashlee is also a local Cycle Bar instructor and online health and wellness coach. in total, she’s been in the fitness industy going on 17 years, holds MS in Exercise Science, and has a passion for helping others find FUN through exercise!! after teaching all across the country at various health clubs and national chains, she decided to go out in her own and bring exactly what she craved to everyone in the community, no matter where they lived or where their membership lied.
