Ashley Faison-Maddox

Ashley Faison-Maddox is a mom, wife, and the Founder and Executive Director of Diamond Collective, a California-based organization dedicated to providing long-term support to survivors of human trafficking through monthly restorative experiences. Ashley’s mission is to reduce re-entry and plant seeds of confidence with survivors. Ashley wears multiple hats bringing valuable insight as a Human Resources program manager, with experience in recruitment, classification & pay, performance management, and upward mobility in the workforce. She works/trains with CA law enforcement on human trafficking. She serves on the Survivor Advisory Board at 3 Strands Global Foundation, is a member of the Sex Trade Survivor Caucus, and has advocated for legislative changes, including California Senate Bill 1414, to increase penalties for those who solicit minors.
