I am currently a Registered Respiratory Therapist and have worked in this career for the last 12 years. I am pursuing my masters in mental health counseling, and I love to help people in any way. I am obsessed with astrology, dance, breathwork, dogs, and deep connection. My passion in life is to teach everyone how healing dance, connection, the breath, and astrology can be. These modalities (along with years of therapy and neuro feedback)have helped me fall deeper in love with myself. We will connect to the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) to support us in this powerful, expansive and beautiful dance medicine journey.What is Expansive Alchemy?This name came to me in a breathwork ceremony on retreat in Costa Rica. So let's break down why this came to me and what it means to me. First off, I am an expansive woman in every aspect, and feel so free in the expansion phase. My sun was in Scorpio on the day of my birth, and I highly identify with the phrase from a wise teacher, "Scorpios are the only sign who will kill their ego in pursuit of their souls", and to me, this is alchemy. There are limitless opportunities to expand and alchemize things, and my wish is to inspire everyone to feel like expanisve alchemists!For those wondering, I am a Projector in HD, and a Scorpio Sun, Virgo Moon, and Gemini Rising.I cannot wait to meet you and dance together!
