ASRA Club

ASRA Club is a community space centring Muslim women in sports, wellness and sisterhood. Founded in 2019, we have a running club with over 800 runners in the UK and The Gambia. ASRA's aim is to unlock the inner athlete by nurturing a safe space and creating an environment to support spiritual, physical and mental health and wellbeing. ASRA’s focus is on tackling the internal and external boundaries Muslim women face by acting as more than just a run club. The forefront of our mission is ensuring that no Muslim woman has to compromise on her Iman/faith to unlock her inner athlete to its full potential.
