My journey with yoga began during my school years in India. Still, it was during the chaos of the pandemic that I truly reconnected with the practice, finding it to be a source of stability and resilience. This deepened connection inspired me to pursue formal training, leading to the completion of my 200-hour RYT certification from De La Sol Yoga Studio, Hamilton, in November 2023. I taught Yoga for over a year at McMaster University before moving to Toronto. As a dedicated yoga instructor, I am committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals can cultivate a deeper mind-body connection, enhance their flexibility, and experience the transformative benefits of yoga in their daily lives.
