A bioregional herbalist and researcher, Avi Esther bridges the ancient and modern, honoring the traditions of the land while applying science and ethical practices to her work. She weaves ancient myths, biology, and integration practices to make each experience deeply relevant and meaningful for participants. Her approach is rooted in empowering individuals to connect with themselves and nature, avoiding prescriptive methods and focusing on presence and personal transformation.Avi Esther began learning to facilitate alter states of consciousness in 2010 with tantric practitioner trainings, followed by 'Birth into Being' facilitator training in 2011. She ran transformative workshops using breath and movement to induce trance for healing and trained other practitioners till 2017. She used this knowledge and skills to help prepare women for childbirth and assisted as a doula for many women in labour, the most intense psychedelic experience on the planet. She began facilitating ceremonies in 2017 by invitation.
