B Free Wellness Is a Cape Cod non-profit organization. We create spaces for collective healing through movement, mindfulness, and community-centered initiatives. We focus on prevention through affordable weekly offerings open to all community members and specialized programs for first responders, nurses and teachers. Additionally, we partner with community programs like Department of Youth Services, recovery centers, and women's shelters to introduce wellness tools such as yoga and reiki. Through these diverse approaches, we emphasize accessibility, empowerment, and connection, fostering resilience and well-being for individuals and communities.
