Hi I'm Barb,I am an Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner, an Evidence-Based EFT Practitioner, an Optimal EFT Practitioner, a Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, and an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. I have been running my own private practice since 2015.All of this means that I am well-skilled and experienced to support you in achieving emotional wellness, living from a place of confidence and optimism, establishing stronger relationships, and being the best version of yourself that you can be.I work with your present self, inner child, past, and ancestral selves, to clear any hooks that may still be affecting you from past events, allowing you to be free to be you and to create a better future.My life has been a journey of learning and discovery, growing the confidence to live my own life purpose. This has enabled me to reframe my life and the pathway forward for myself, my relationships, my children, and my grandchildren.
