Michele Gaines is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Wellness Coach, and Founder of Better With Michele, LLC. Passionate about helping caregivers, educators, parents, and other people who pour so much into others refill their cups, Michele offers a variety of wellness, mindfulness, and self-care courses and workshops. Michele has15+ years of experience working in mental health, created an early college school counseling program, launched ASU's Mary Lou Fulton Teacher College's wellness program and designed MLFTC's Zen Den wellness space. Michele leads transformative wellness and mindfulness workshops empower people to set boundaries, recharge, and thrive.
