Black Women DO Heal, Inc. provides safe healing spaces, respite, mental health support and training to Black and Brown Women, Community Healers and Allies.For so long, many Black and Brown Women have carried the toxicity of the 'Superwoman Cape' and it is killing us-literally. Together, in this trauma-informed community, we are relinquishing the Superwoman Cape and together, dropping out of People Pleaser's Univeristy and walking boldly onto a road of intentional healing.Through our healing events, weekly virtual meet-ups, group coaching, training or even professional development, we are facilitating healing conversations and changing the conversation on what getting help and emotional support looks like.Join us as we continue to inspire each other to #gobeher.
