Rebecca is an embroidery artist based in Dunfermline. During lockdown, she took to embroidery as a mindful creative practice, creating gifts for friends and family. She quickly fell in love with the craft and couldn't stop. The slow process of embroidery allows the mind to rest, repeated stitches, tactile materials and creative expression all come together to help you relax and unwind.Inspired by flora and fauna, Rebecca embraces traditional embroidery techniques and applies them to modern designs. Having trained originally as a jeweller, Rebecca's style is delicate and detailed and shares a love of colour and texture.Rebecca loves to introduce people to embroidery, and has produced a successful range of embroidery kits and patterns, which have been sold throughout the country in independent shops.
