Elizabeth Rose is a psychotherapist and writer. Her private practice is Blooming Rose Therapy located in Georgetown, MA where she sees adults, couples, families, and facilitates poetry therapy groups. She has been practicing for over twenty years. She is also a poet and essayist. Her poetry can be found in the literary magazines NewVerseNew.com, Verdad, and BarBar. Her personal essays have been published or are forthcoming in the Boston Globe, the New Mexico Review, the Worcester Journal, Anti-Heroin Chic, Valiant Spirits, and Escape, a print collection of memoirs. She received an MFA in creative non-fiction from Lesley University in 2019.
