Brazen Standard Hospitality was founded in 2022 by a group of genuinely passionate foodies with decades of experience. We’re a family of Milwaukee-area hospitality brands, all continually daring to do better for our guests, our industry, and the world around us, through catering and dining experiences that raise expectations. Hospitality brands include Tall Guy & a Grill Catering, our mobile bar services, The Crafted Tavern, as well as the exclusive caterer at The Starling in the Third Ward.
