Joshua is especially committed to expanding the organization’s capacity in response to growing regional need, championing volunteerism, event-driven initiatives, and collaboration with local organizations and businesses.A passionate advocate for positive impact, Joshua frequently represents Break‑Thru TN at public forums. He was invited to speak to Metro Nashville Empower high school students, sharing insights as part of a mentorship program aimed at empowering the next generation.Through his combination of hands-on leadership and community-based engagement, Joshua Rosales drives Break‑Thru TN’s mission to bring hope, dignity, and tangible support to individuals and families most in need across the region.
