Breaking Cycles CIC was founded in August 2019 by Phil Wade, a Teacher and cycling enthusiast from Clitheroe.Breaking Cycles CIC aims to provide opportunities for everyone to use cycling as a form of transport and leisure activity. Cycling has a significant positive impact on both mental and physical wellbeing. We want to share this with the world: starting with Clitheroe!Mission Statement:Riding bicycles towards a healthier, happier and more sustainable future.
