Breath & Birth Doula

I’m Jennah, a holistic birth doula and matrescence guide. There is nothing that I love more than witnessing, nurturing and empowering a woman on the birth journey. I devoted myself to a year-long doula training program, much longer than most programs, in order to be thoroughly prepared for this path.When working together, I’ll help you prepare holistically – mentally, spiritually and physically – for your labor. Whether you’re my birth doula client, or you’re attending one of my pregnancy circles, it is my greatest honor to help you weave one version of yourself to the next in this transitional time.
