Brooklyn Milner, LISW-CP, RYT-200

Hello! My name is Brooklyn and I am a 200 hr yoga teacher, licensed therapist and owner of Beacon Psychotherapy. I specialize in trauma and use a lot of somatic movement and breath work in my approach as a therapist. Becoming a yoga teacher felt like the natural next stop to help clients deepen their relationship with their minds and bodies.I trained with the wonderful Kate Moon and excited to bring her teachings and style into my own practice as a yoga teacher.
