Budding Yoga

My name is Michelle from Budding Yoga and Ive been teaching yoga locally and online for more than 5 years. I am trained in Hatha, Chair and Yin Yoga. My passion is to live life to the full, bringing yoga & the principals of yoga to life on and off the mat.Claire from Lough Hyne Cottage & I have partnered up to offer amazing quality time out in a stunning location over the lake in Lough Hyne. We offer a selection of mini day retreats depending on the time of year, encompassing yoga, food, sauna & sea swim. Claire provides a delicious home made lunch with local seasonal vegetables, many of which are grown on their own farm.
