The Canadian Congress on inclusive Diversity and Workplace Equity is an organization that brings people, businesses, communities, arms of the government, religious and academic institutions, and other groups together to discuss progressive ways of eliminating systemic racism in the country.We achieve this through open and free events and forums for thousands of participants across Canada to exchange ideas and be equipped and empowered with strategic tips, tools, training, and techniques to become Diversity Ambassadors who are committed to transforming the culture of their organizations.The Canadian Congress as we are popularly called is a platform where highly profiled, deeply experienced, intellectually stimulating and spiritually therapeutic experts in community development and social justice topics leverage their diverse lived and corporate experiences and academic qualifications to support organizations that are remarkably committed to engaging their staff, coaching their executives, transforming their corporate culture transformation and strengthening their brand equity.We have and continue to be deeply involved in projects and programs that support those who identify as Blacks, People of African descent, Southeast Asia, Indigenous People and other racialized people and underrepresented groups.
