My goal is to provide comprehensive instruction to yoga enthusiasts and aspiring teachers, helping them deepen their understanding of yoga and fostering a profound connection with their inner selves and spirituality.In my journey as a yoga practitioner and teacher, I have drawn from my own experiences to create comprehensive courses that specifically address the gaps I have observed in yoga teachings. These courses are designed with a focus on supporting new yoga teachers as they embark on their journey, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to excel in their practice and instruction.Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to organise, host, and run numerous yoga retreats across Europe. This enriching journey has equipped me with a wealth of valuable knowledge and experiences that I am eager to share with you!
