Cara is a BANT registered clinical Nutritional Therapist specialising in women's health, the menstrual cycle, and fertility nutrition.Cara has supported hundreds of women to break free from menstrual cycle symptoms, hormonal imbalances, and unexplained infertility diagnoses.Cara has a passion for supporting young women to live a healthy and empowered life with their menstrual cycles.She runs an in-person clinic in Oban on the West Coast of Scotland and consults online with clients across the UK.Cara hosts regular workshops, corporate wellbeing talks, retreats and events across Scotland and the UK.Cara co-hosts the Joy Pod, a successful podcast covering all topics of health.
