This is a community open to anyone interested in movement and dance and who wants to explore spontaneity and joy of free-form dance and be part of a community of like minded peoplePersonal development through embodied dance and movement.No choreography or steps to follow. We allow our body to move the way it needs or wants to move, sometimes with facilitation and guidance and other times free flow, just music as the guidance.No experience or ability is required, just a desire to be present and honor your own rythm and flow.
