Carols of the Heart

My whole life I have been in search of meaning and connection. Although I have certainly found it along the way in my roles as mother, daughter, nurse and friend, when I discovered the world of sound healing I knew I had found my true home. Home for my heart, and yours.I named my practice in honor of my mother, Carol Froese. The process of grieving her loss brought me in tune with my tender heart, and healing sound was its balm. Offering therapeutic sound to others fuels my purpose and passion to serve and heal in this wounded world.“Even now when I say your name it leaves my mouth in slow motion, like a winged prayer; A hymn before the alter of love.” ~ Collette O’MahoneyI live and work in the Capital District of New York State. My mission is to bring healing sound to diverse audiences and unique environments. Through my Sound Journeys I envision creating a space where participants can slow down, tune in to the pure healing sounds and their inner wisdom, and leave transformed.
