Cat is the owner of Country Bird Bakery in Tulsa, OK. She is formerly the pastry chef and baker at Farm Bar as well as the sous chef and bread/pastry wizard at Living Kitchen Farm and Dairy. She is obsessed with all things fermentation, most notably sourdough bread. She's been baking since she got her hands on her mother's Betty Crocker cookbook in the 90's.Additional workshops listed on website.
