About

Hi there, I’m Cathy. I am a yoga teacher (RYT-500), a Sound Medicine Quantum Alchemy Crystal Bowls Practitioner (QACBP Level 2) and a CBC Facilitator (CBC Level 1). My path started where yours is now: deeply entrenched in the the need to perform for others while moving through stress, anxiety and chronic pain. The turning point wasn't more hustle; it was the discovery that somatic and yoga practices could literally rewire my nervous system for deeper joy and inner trust.
