Centre of You is an unconditionally accepting sanctuary for humans committed to their personal discovery, growth, healing, self-exploration, self-love journeys to navigate their self-understanding alongside a community of kindred spirits. The foundations of Centre of You are being built with the virtues of care, attunement and empowerment. It is a place of learning, unlearning and relearning.
