Charis Wellness Adventures

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Outdoor Experiential Educator located in Evergreen, Colorado. I provide children and adults opportunities to get outside, connect with nature and improve overall wellness. I offer adventure activities, such as hiking, paddle boarding, climbing, ropes courses and more to help participants challenge themselves, gain more self awareness, practice coping strategies when under stress and have fun! I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I enjoy bringing people together to connect and support one another, whether it is for education, therapeutic support or to be social. With my background in experiential education, I offer team building experiences to practice communication and problem solving skills for groups.
