Charlotte Bailey's passion for baking began as a child in small-town Wales, where her parents ran the village shop. Alongside her mother, Charlotte learned to make all manner of traditional British bakes, knowledge she deepened in 2024 with her pursuit of a French Pastry diploma from the illustrious Ferrandi. Charlotte's career contracting in the public and private sectors make her the perfect person to organize your trip in Paris, and her previous role as Office Manager in a top Parisian cooking school has given her access to all manner of insider tips and tricks. Since moving to Paris in 2019, she has spent much of her time seeking out the city's best sweet and savo(u)ry bites and is ready to share her knowledge with you!
