Chatitze Achmet

Hello,My name is Chatitze (Χατιτζέ / Hatice). I was born and raised in Greece. I am a visual artist and art educator based in Manchester, UK.I graduated from the Painting Department and completed my pedagogical education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul. Currently, I am studying for an MA degree in Fine Art at Manchester Metropolitan University.During my time studying, I had the opportunity to develop and run art workshops for university students at Manchester Metropolitan University and the age-group of 13-16 in collaboration with MMU National Saturday Club.I develop and deliver painting and art history workshops for children in English, Greek and Turkish.My studio is located in Ancoats/New Islington.I’ll be more than happy to welcome everyone who enjoys painting and learning about visual arts, in Greek, Turkish and English!Looking forward to meeting you!
