I'm originally from south of Wollongong, where I began my apprenticeship at a cafe while volunteering at the local high end restaurant on my days off for more experience. I've since staged (volunteered work for experience) at Paperbark, Bentley Restaurant, GOMA (Brisbane), Gauge and more before working at Yellow in Potts Point full time for 4 years, finishing up as the sous chef.Now I'm committed to bringing everybody an awesome small scale experience that highlights beautiful local produce for us vegans to enjoy and learn about at the same time.If it goes well I'd love to do it on a more consistent basis. The more vegan events the better I say!
