Chef Roy

Chef Roy received his culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu. After working in several restaurants he started a Personal Chef and Catering business which he operated for 12 years. He served as Resident Chef at a popular Cooking School where he facilitated Cooking Classes open to the public for five years. He is currently Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Westin Copley Place, and is happy to once again share his passion for cooking through this series of classes.
