I’m CJ Harper, the founder of Harper Strength & Speed, with over a decade of experience in sports performance coaching. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Merrimack College and am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes across a wide range of sports, helping them develop the physical qualities necessary to excel at the highest levels.My approach centers on creating a strong foundation in fundamental movement patterns, followed by focused training in speed, power, and conditioning. I believe in developing each athlete’s capacity to perform through scientifically-backed methods that emphasize proper mechanics, injury prevention, and progressive overload. By focusing on these key elements, we ensure that athletes build strength, improve cardiovascular conditioning, and enhance agility in a way that directly translates to their sport.
