Coach Stacy Chesnutt of Sole Sisters Menopause

My name is "Coach Stacy" Chesnutt and I founded Sole Sisters Women's Race Series way back in 2012. I loved nothing more than seeing women and girls cross the finish line knowing that they had fun but also accomplished something they may not have realized they could do before they tried it. Community is everything but so is knowledge. I myself am now past menopause but when I was in the height of perimenopausal symptoms I had no idea what was happening to my mind and my body. I don't want anyone to be blindsided as I was. So I am going to organize as many fun, educational events as I can to educate the gals entering this completely normal phase of life. I also want to prove that menopause is not the worst thing in the world, you can still thrive, you simply have to adapt and learn how to be your best self in a different way.
