I am an accredited Forest therapy Guide with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy (ANFT). I am also trained in wilderness first aid & CPR .Join me as I guide you on a Bush (forest )bathing therapy walk.The goal of Coastal Bush Bathing is to produce a relaxation response in participants, through a series of simple invitations. Our aim is for people to promote us, through word of mouth, to reach people in our community. Our vision is to establish monthly Bush Bathing Walks, in several local environments. Aiming to be as accessible as possible to people along our coastline.
