Established as a non-profit, professional rental housing organization, the Columbia Apartment Association (CAA) promotes the rental housing industry through education, legislative advocacy and member services. Our organization was established to monitor local problems which can impact the apartment industry in the Boone County Area. The CAA is your local voice for rental property issues. Our organization unites property owners, managers and suppliers with service companies who share a common interest of working interactively towards the success and future of a stabilized rental industry.
