Studies show that exposure to green spaces and engaging in enjoyable outdoor activities can reduce seasonal depression.This winter as part of Come Alive Outside's Winter Wellness Passport program, Come Alive Outside will be hosting virtual workshops that connect individuals to the health and wellness benefits of the outdoors.These workshops are free and open to anyone who wishes to participate!
